This is a quality alloy front mini rack for bicycles manufactured by KAIWEI.

The rack is designed to be attached along your V-Brakes rim brakes.

It is to be attached in three points. The two of them are at the V-Brakes screws.  The third one is at the bolt that usually exists on the top of the fork below the head of the frame. All attachments are included.

It is predrilled in order to be attached securely. It also has a hole that might be used in order to attach a front bicycle light or reflector on the front of the rack. It has an extra attachment that might be used in order to attach this light. (light/reflector not included)

This rack is light, durable and is attached firmly on your bike.
